Hot Garlic Pickles


Here is the picture of the hot garlic pickles I canned on Sunday. They have to sit for 10 days and Tony is anxiously awaiting to open the jars. There are cayenne peppers, garlic, dill seeds, and fennel seeds in each jar. This was the easiest canning experience so far. I even remembered to wash my hands immediately after touching the peppers.
