1 cup crushed candy canes
2 pounds white chocolate (chips not blocks)
1/2 ts mint extract
Crush candy canes. Melt chocolate on low heat, stirring frequently. Combine cane chunks with chocolate and add mint extract. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet that is layered with waxed paper. Place in fridge for 45 min. Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces.
