Peanut Butter Blossoms

These are my favorite cookie! I make mine with crushed peanuts and it adds a completely different texture.

Peanut Butter Blossoms

½ cup butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tb milk
1 ts vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
1 ts baking soda
½ ts salt

Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter, peanut butter, 1/3 sugar, and brown sugar into large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and peanuts in small bowl. Stir and gradually add to butter mixture until well blended.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining 1/3 cup sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 9 minutes. Immediately press Hershey kiss into center of each cookie. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minutes then move to wire rack.
