Spicy Grilled Tilapia & Garlic Tartar Sauce

This is one of my creations I am so proud of. I don't eat seafood but I get great reviews and there is rarely any ever left when I make it for a party. This is also my tartar sauce recipe. Please stop buying store bought tartar sauce! It is so easy to make. You can really use any type of fish you like for this recipe. Catfish comes out flaky if you like that texture better.

Grilled Tilapia
4 – 6 oz tilapia fillets
1 tb Emeril Essence
1/4 cup lemon juice
¼ cup lime juice
2 tb parsley
2 tb garlic

Place tilapia in a shallow bowl or baking dish. Season the fillets with 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of Essence. Add the lemon and lime juice, parsley, and garlic. Turn the tilapia over several times to coat evenly. Allow mixture to stand at room temperature for up to 10 minutes.

Tear individual tin foil sheets for each piece of fish. Spray with cooking spray and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Seal tin foil. Grill on a gas grill for around 15 minutes or until fish starts to crack.
