Helmets Save Lives

In North Carolina we have a helmet law. When Tony and I lived in WI we never wore helmets. Stupid, I know. After Tony's accident we are so thankful to have a helmet law in NC. Without his helmet I am sure he would have been dead or severely brain damaged. Not one place on his face was injured - not even a scratch.
